Villagers allege that military officers were manning the registration desk and this made it difficult for people to air their grievances regarding food distribution. Right to Food 18 October Right to Food Freedom of Association At Roma Business Centre in Chiredzi East, MDC-T supporter *Silas Chiza of Gava village ward 15 was allegedly denied access to Social Welfare food aid by a Zanu PF chairperson Mr Chisvinga on allegations of supporting MDC-T. Mr Chisvinga directly confronted Chiza and told him that unless he comes back to Zanu PF he will not get food. 32
