In Matuke area Gutu Central, it was reported that Zanu PF youths led by one Chitigi, attacked and harassed
property/personal ZAOGA ( a local church) members who were working on their allocated piece of land. The misunderstanding

emanated from the allocation of 14 hectares of land to ZAOGA whilst Mr Chitiga only possesses 4 hectares by the
Ministry of Lands and Rural Development and this did not go down well with Mr Chitiga. It was reported that the
overseer Abisai Mapamba and Pastor Regis Shumba escaped serious injuries from these violent land wrangles with
Zanu PF youths. It is alleged that Zanu PF youths have since declared war on ZAOGA and were even chanting antiZAOGA slogans.
