In early April in Mudzi South at Donzwe Centre ward 12, seven social welfare

beneficiaries were denied food aid. It is alleged that Tinei Mayibheki a Social
Welfare Youth Officer took 7 bags of maize at Donzwe food distribution point.
Mayibheki is a Zanu PF youth Officer responsible for the social welfare peak hunger
food relief. He then told the victims to approach the GMB for assistance. It is
alleged that all the Youth Officers are Zanu PF members and have politicised food
distributions in Mudzi South.
