October showed the number of male
victims of violence being more than
twice of women. Male victims were
290, while female victims were 118.
However, it is key to note that not all
cases of violence are reported or in
broad daylight. Others occur out of
sight.
The number of male perpetrators of
violence for October at 309 was almost
ten times that of women at 35. This
shows that men were more likely to
perpetrate violence than women.
Compared to September fugzres where
there were 325 males and 18 females,
the trend shows an increase of almost
twice as many women for October and
decrease by 16 (in actual figures).
