It was reported that Mvurwi Primary School Headmaster ordered teachers to restrict class room entry to grade 7 pupils
education
who had not paid their school fees. This incident was recorded in Mazowe North constituency in ward 28. It was alleged
that school head Mr Richard Mudavanhu claimed that government was playing a pivotal role in the provision of
competitive salaries for civil servants hence, he did not tolerate children who had not yet paid tuition fees. Reports are
that while other pupils were writing their end of term mock exams, those who had not yet paid were playing soccer at
the school grounds.
