*Moven Mutebere, a ZimPF supporter, was evicted from the house he was renting in ward 13 Rimuka in Kadoma
Central. ZimPF members had visited the victim and this infuriated the landlord who is a strong supporter of Zanu PF.
The landlord ordered the victim to remove his property immediately and he had to sleep outside guarding his property
while his wife and children were housed by a neighbour.

*Kelvin Musa, *Tinashe Mhere, *Esther Shamu and *Joseph Sakarombe were assaulted by Zanu youths in ward 2 at
Machipisa Shopping Centre in Rimuka, Kadoma Central. The victims who are members of the MDC- T were
assaulted by Zanu PF youths led by Leo Shoko, the youth secretary for ward 2 for celebrating Temba Mliswa’s victory
in the Norton by-elections by carrying placards and a banner. The placards and banner were grabbed and burnt while
the four fled.

*Peter Muchena, a member of Gutu Residents and Rate Payers Association was allegedly interrogated and detained
for five hours by state security agents. It is further alleged the agents took pictures of Muchena and collected personal
information as well as information related to close family members and friends. Among the many questions that he
was asked was to explain who was helping the Residents Association financially.

It is alleged that a group of six men, including one Mudendi from the Department of National Parks, ‘invaded’ Mapare
Resort in Bikita East and told the owners, Mr and Mrs Marima, to vacate the centre. The men are said to have been
wielding AK47 rifles. A few days after the incident the Department of National Parks issued a statement where they
sought to set the record straight. They argued that they would not invade their own place while on the other hand the
