War veteran Crispen Chirere threatened Denzel Gutu with assault and to send war veterans and Zanu PF youths to
evict him after the two had an argument. During the argument Gutu commented that the introduction of bond notes was
a clear demonstration that the government had failed. The comment offended Chirere who threatened Gutu with
eviction from Chiripiro farm in ward 12, Centenary.

*Terrence Mhara of Kachiwaya village was denied cotton seed from Cottco by Noah Matepo, Zanu PF Chairperson.
Mhara’s name was removed from the list of beneficiaries because he is a member of ZimPF. The chairperson claimed
to have received an instruction from the top not to give seed to opposition supporters.

Greengrey farm residents in Mazowe South were reportedly forced to attend a Zanu PF meeting or else face eviction
by Enock Mbeve, the Zanu PF chairperson. The meeting was in preparation of the 2018 elections.

Honest Kamba a Central Intelligence Organisation officer based in Centenary together with two of his colleagues went
to former Zanu PF MP Edward Raradza’s house and told him that they had heard that he was supporting ZimPF and
that they were giving him up to end of November to prove that he was not linked to ZimPF. They threatened him with
eviction from Maware farm in Centenary ward 28 if he failed to prove that he had no relationship with the opposition
party. They are said to have also claimed to be monitoring all his movements.

Ward 15 councilor, Peter Chinyoka, and Zanu PF District Chairperson, David Mswaka, addressed Dandamera
residents at Dandamera Community Hall in Mazowe West, Dandamera Township ward 5 Concession. In their address
the two leaders told residents that they were expected to pay $1 per person towards the Zanu PF annual conference to
be held in December. Residents were threatened with unspecified action if they did not pay the money yet most of
them are not employed and a few are artisanal miners.

It is reported that t Zanu PF youths were instructed by the leadership to write down names of all the people who
attended the ZimPF rally held at Dotito in Mt Darwin East. It was not clear what kind of punishment the targets would
face.

Zanu PF youths led by Tendai Nhau went to Sandford, Coolderry, Badijury and Pembi Chase farms forcing youths to
attend the late Richard Chanda 's funeral. The youths marched from Mvurwi to Welmode farm where he was buried.
