In Luveve Constituency, Ward 15 Zanu PF member Felix Chindori Mpofu is reported to

have denied food handouts to many households who were known to be vulnerable. In
addition, those who were denied food handouts got replaced by individuals suspected
to be card carrying members of the ruling party. It is alleged that he argued that, the
food distribution was purposely done on a holiday so as to exclude some ‘unruly’
individuals from the opposition.
