11 April Right to There was intra party violence recorded in Mabvuku Tafara constituency Ward 20 at Caledonia Pota Farm. It personal is alleged that two Zanu PF factions were at loggerheads over land ownership. Reports are that Zanu PF security District Chairperson Munyaradzi Nyamukondiwa had a dispute with Cde Bili as the duo raised counter claims of ownership of the land.The dispute between the two party officials resulted in their supporters clashing. 11 April Right to food A case of corruption was reported in Highfield West constituency Ward 25 and 26. Government officials particularly Highfield District Officer Ms Kandizi, from the Ministry of Youth, Indigenization & Empowerment, Mrs N Tagarira the District Administrator and Ms Gondo Assistant District Administrator for Highfield were accused of withholding maize meant for vulnerable groups during a government social welfare food distribution program. Reports are that, the trio confiscated three 50kg bags of maize, which was allocated to orphans, widows and the elderly people in the community. . 16 April Right to There was intra-party violence recorded at Zanu PF Provincial headquarters in Harare Central Business personal District, prior to the Independence celebrations. It is alleged that an anti-Mashayamombe-Kasukuwere security faction which sought to petition a vote of no confidence against the duo was attacked by the Freedom to Mashayamombe –Kasukuwere faction which threw stones at the mob.
