individual shall have the right to assemble freely with others.” In addition, Article 11 states that,

traders (vendors) who sell their wares in the open spaces of the CBD near Spar, OK, TM Pick n
Pay and POSB, to knock off before their usual knockoff time. It is alleged that the youths accused
the traders of betraying them by voting for a CCC member for the Kwekwe Central Parliamentary
seat instead of voting for Energy Dhalla Ncube, a Zanu PF candidate. Vendors were also warned
that they will be beaten if they continue to support CCC activities.
