dispute between Done Masukume and Robson Ngamo. It is alleged that Musukume was employed by Robson’s late
Father as a mine assistant since he possessed mining machinery and equipment. Reports say that following the death of
Robson’s father, Musukume has threatened Robson with eviction from the mine because he works at the President’s
office. It is alleged that Masukume masquerades as the mine owner and is refusing to leave the mine. Reports are that
the victim has all paper work that shows mine ownership but Musukume claims to be the mine owner.
